Most of Poor Man's Diesel customers are aware that Cummins uses factories around the world to make their product. This oil cooler is made in the Cummins/Dong Feng factory in China. It is built to OEM specifications and is used in new and rebuilt engines.
This is a premium grade replacement part. You will see quality in the materials and workmanship when you open the box.
Some Cummins parts are supplied by the Asian Cummins service office in Shanghai, China. The Asian Cummins office does not own or operate their own factory. They purchase the parts from other China factories and then mark Cummins on the body and use Global Universal Cummins packages.
