Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

All returns must be approved by PMD. All Returns/Refusals are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. It is the customers’ responsibility to ship the item back to the correct address provided with the proper RMA information. If the item has to be sent to a different location the cost of re-boxing and shipping will be subtracted from the credit. Once return is received the item will be inspected.

No returns after 30 Days.

Custom Order Policy / Non-Returnable Items
MFG that cannot be returned:

Crazy Carl, Fusion, Flo-Pro, RCD Suspension, Joker, Pusher Intakes, Stainless Diesel, DCS
(Any Conversion Parts), Fox Shocks, ALL electrical items.


**All Cummins Genuine Parts are non-returnable and non-cancellable. **


USED/INSTALLED TURBOS CANNOT BE RETURNED! THIS WILL BE A WARRANTY CLAIM FROM
THE MFG.

Turbos must be diagnosed by the MFG. Please see the user manual and contact the MFG.

MUST FOLLOW:

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required, and must be written on the outside of the package and returned to address given by PMD. Please wait for this information.


  • Returns must be packaged securely
  • Packages received without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the outer
  • carton will be refused credit and the package returned to sender.
  • Returnable items must be received by PMD within 30 days of the product being received.
  • (determined by UPS Tracking info)
  • Returned product must be in new, re-saleable condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, stickers, etc.
  • Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused or a restocking fee of 20% may be assessed.
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to return products.
 Some Circumstances in which credit will not be issued:

  • Product has been installed and/or used
  • Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
  • Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts
  • Product serial number does not match that of which was shipped to buyer                      
  • Product is deemed not resalable by PMD due to customers own actions in dealing with the product
